Fantastic saturday

I was ultra busy to prepare our little exhibition with my miniature fellows at the gallery. And our little exhibition was on the last saturday. It was so exiting and great success! :)))))))
I will open a lot of photos on today's post. Please give me your free time a little. 


I created three dollhouses. "Tiny artist in the little atelier", "Red roof kitchen" and "Gallery and Books". I put those photos on flickr. If you have enough time, please check those there. ;-) 

Last one is Gallery and Books. A model of this dollhouse is gallery and books we used to our exhibition. This little gallery is second-hand books.

We had publicity on each our web site, prepared DM and about our exhibition was on the exhibition information corner of news paper. :)))))

Our tiny show was just one day. We are sooooo glad! Because a lot of people came our tiny show! :,-D Gallery open time was from 12:00, but a few people already were waiting before open. OMG! 

It was crowded by a lot of people inside of little gallery for long time. 

I took some photos before open. At first I took photos by digital camera, but a buttery emptied out. X( I changed to camera of cellular phone. My hands were shaking by nervous. so.... almost photos are out of focus. :,-(

This is Christmas house. Lights of a christmas tree change some color.  Fantastic!

We thank for people that came our tiny show. :)))

And we learned and had experience a lot of things. Those are our treasure.

Food, cat and kettle

I made miniature Chinese food, steamed yeast bun with minced pork filling. This food call in Japanese "Niku man" or "Buta man". "Niku" meaning meat, "Buta" meaning pig and "Man" meaning steamed bun. This is very famous and popular Chinese food in Japan. We eat it in Winter, it is sold in the supermarket, department store and convenience store etc. Generally, we warm it in the home by steam pan etc. But in the convenience store is sold hot condition.
I found pretty pig design in the web, I made it. :D

Colorful and Japanese sweets

I made miniature chest. What a colorful! :D I hold little miniature exhibition with my miniature companions next month. :))) I am ultra busy now to prepare trio exhibition. Hurry up! Hurry up!

Girls containers.

I made miniature Japanese sweets. :) I hardly make Japanese sweets, so it's rare.
This is "Mame daifuku". Mame is bean. You will see like a dot in the surface. It's adzuki bean. And about daifuku, please click word "daifuku". There is explanation of daifuku in Wikipedia.

This is Japanese sweets too, this is Dorayaki. It's like a pancake sandwich with red bean paste. uhmmm~, please click word "Drayaki" too, Wikipedia explain very smart more than my explanation. hahaha.

By the way, I hardly eat Japanese sweets. Because I like Western sweets better than Japanese sweets. :-9

Brioche etc.

I made miniature brioche, French bread, by clay. I guess Japanese people like this bread, because it's selling by many bakery. :) I buy brioche sometimes too. I like this shape, because it's cute. :)

New miniature container! Design of handle is doughnut. It seems character goods. :D

Miniature red shelf.

I finished make part of the roof of dollhouse at last. I have prepared miniature articles for this dollhouse little by little.

3.11 with tears and praying day

It passed one year since a day of scary disaster in the northeast Japan. Dead people 15,854, missing people 3155 and 34 hundred thousand people are still living in evacuation shelter now.  

A priest was praying for victimes for about one hour in the seaside.

Japan has still a lot of problem now. One of problem is a part of inhabitant live in a lot of cities, towns and villages has rejected receive staggering rubbles by disaster from northeast Japan, because they have thought that rubbles include radioactivity. Actually, it have report that it hardly detect radioactivity after burned up rubbles. The people rejected never listen to opinion and report by scholars and governors. 

One old woman live in the northeast told in the TV interview that Japanese people say KIZUNA, this is meaning "bond of helping, loving and kindly for the northeast", but actually it's hypocrisy. 

Japan have to thinking a lot of problem seriously..... sigh.

Girlish chest and others

Girlish chest and favorite things done~! Handles are shape of flower.

I''m so busy to make some dollhouse and miniatures now. I put handles on the fake drawer. This dollhouse is like girlish too. :)

And... I made miniature newspapers. One newspaper fold, and make dirty in the surface of another one, to spread on the desk and put miniature art.
By the way, the contents of these newspapers are "suspicion about village mayor" "I never eat!" "He is suspected of eating secretly doughnuts to festival." and "The village mayor definite guilty" "He admitted" "It was sure that the village mayor ate doughnuts!"
I made hard these article but these are hidden. X(

I made miniature poundcake.

Work, work, work

I have made some miniature things for a dollhouse. These are photos to put on the wall. I like Wallace and Gromit. :) There are a lot of photos on the wall in their house. I followed that. :) But it's few in my dollhouse. hahaha

This chest is not to the dollhouse. I made mold of bowl and container.

After a few days, I put color as shabby on the chest.

The dollhouse of box type done about 90% now, at the same time, I started make new dollhouse. This dollhouse is half pipe type. I put tiles on the roof. I felt dizzy when I put it, because this is very colorful and scaled pattern. My sight was be strange. (@_@)

The inside of the new dollhouse. Surface of a kitchen counter is as a tile, drawers are fake, can not open. I don't have enough time now, I can't make open type. I am so busy for one reason now. ;-)
